We anticipate a new round of regional subgrant funding beginning in September 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<h4>How to Apply (beginning September 2026)<\/h4>\r\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Applying for a grant is a two-step process:<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong>First<\/strong>, complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/airtable.com\/appfy4STstAZLJVU4\/pagwNuleweI8Zf7mZ\/form\"><strong>Notice of Intent<\/strong><\/a> to outlining your project, its goals, and intended audience. This will enable our regional coordinator to determine if your idea falls within the funding guidelines. If so, you will be invited to submit a proposal before the next proposal deadline. You may use <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.historians.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Notice-of-Intent-TPS.pdf\">this document<\/a><\/strong> to preview questions, but any final submissions <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>must<\/strong><\/span> come through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/airtable.com\/appfy4STstAZLJVU4\/pagwNuleweI8Zf7mZ\/form\">online portal<\/a><\/strong>.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/airtable.com\/appfy4STstAZLJVU4\/pagwNuleweI8Zf7mZ\/form\">Submit a Notice of Intent<\/a><\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>Second<\/strong>, use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.historians.org\/community-careers\/awards-grants\/aha-subgrant-programs\/teaching-with-primary-sources\/tps-project-proposal-guide\/\"><strong>project proposal guide<\/strong><\/a> to develop a project proposal. The proposal must include a budget and a timeline. Submit the completed proposal and supporting documentation via the online form linked below.
