The TPS Mid-Atlantic and US Territories Region is not currently accepting new proposals. We anticipate a new round of regional subgrant funding beginning in September 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

How to Apply (beginning September 2026)<\/h4>\r\nApplying for a grant is a two-step process:<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\r\nFirst<\/strong>, complete a Notice of Intent<\/strong><\/a> to outlining your project, its goals, and intended audience. This will enable our regional coordinator to determine if your idea falls within the funding guidelines. If so, you will be invited to submit a proposal before the next proposal deadline. You may use this document<\/a><\/strong> to preview questions, but any final submissions must<\/strong><\/span> come through the online portal<\/a><\/strong>.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Submit a Notice of Intent<\/a><\/p>\r\n \r\n\r\nSecond<\/strong>, use the project proposal guide<\/strong><\/a> to develop a project proposal. The proposal must include a budget and a timeline. Submit the completed proposal and supporting documentation via the online form linked below. You will receive a reply regarding your project idea within a few business days. \u00a0When a grant isn’t needed or awarded, TPS regional coordinators will offer advice and assistance to organizations who would like to incorporate TPS methods and materials into their programs, but do not receive funding.\r\n
